Usually the group exercise classes are based on aerobics, cycling (spin cycle), boxing or martial arts, high intensity training, regular and hot yoga, pilates and muscle training. The coaches are those people working out, enjoying fitness classes and getting in the best shape of their lives. The group exercise classes are composed of aerobic, non-aerobic, strengthening and mind/body wellness classes as well as other general classes.
